Since childhood, Stefano Bartolacelli has been passionate about Italian cuisine.

Through many years spent working alongside experienced chefs, he has become a true guardian of the flavors of Tuscany. At Trattoria Toscana, he embodies the authentic Italian way of life, welcoming every guest with warmth and hospitality.

Our exceptional dishes celebrate the knowledge and talent of the many gifted Italian chefs who, as master cooks, have shaped the unique flavor world of Trattoria Toscana.

Only the best makes it to the table

Meats free from freezing, strictly with certificates of origin.
For us, quality is not an option, it’s the starting point. Our beef is delivered fresh, never frozen, directly from the Tuscany region, each cut accompanied by a Certificate of Italian Origin (Certificazione di Italiano).

We work with seasonal ingredients, so our menu always follows the rhythm of nature.
